ricotta from buffalo milk WHEY 15% (buffalo milk WHEY, salt),
butter (MILK) ,
breadcrumbs (WHEAT),
cream (MILK), champignon mushrooms 5% (Agaricus bisporus),
porcini mushrooms 3.5% (Boletus edulis and related group),
onion, Grana Padano PDO (MILK, EGG),
salt, sunflower oil,
black truffle 0.6% of the total (Tuber aestivum),
dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), natural flavourings.
