Cibo a Regola d’Arte

Pasta Garofalo will again participate in Cibo a Regola D’Arte this year.
Friday, 17 May at 2.15 pm, a debate on the nutrition of the future with the theme “Go work the fields… the what? The future of food and the return to soil”. Led by Gabriele Principato, a Corriere della Sera journalist, and Casa Surace, a creative video production company.
Following at 17.00, “The buffet is open”, with Casa Surace.

Sunday, 19 May at 7.30 pm the Masterclass “Master-Canteen: Talent with the chefs of the charitable facilities of Milan”
