Penne Ziti Rigate all’Arrabbiata
14oz Garofalo Penne Ziti Rigate Pasta
14oz San Marzano tomatoes
1 red chilli pepper
1 green chili pepper
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil (as required)
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
- Place a pan with plenty of water on the stove and add salt when it comes to the boil.
- Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and fry the garlic and chopped chillies in a pan.
- After a few moments, remove the garlic from the pan and add the tomatoes and salt.
- Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the sauce, stir and, finally, serve adding the chopped parsley.
