Garofalo presents the new organic line Just for a Change

At Cibus 2018, the 19th International Food Show, Pastificio Garofalo presented a preview of the brand-new line “Just for a Change, Atypical Italian Cuisine”.
The latest addition to the Garofalo family will include five new products made with select organic raw ingredients:

– Whole wheat cous cous, available in 500 g packages
– Pearled cous cous, in 300 g packages
– White bulgur, 300 g
– Spelt bulgur, 500 g
– Quinoa, 300 g

The new line will complement the semolina pasta, fresh pasta, and flour and oil lines; it was created with the aim of offering a first course alternative, ideal for quick meals and unique dishes, versatile in recipes and perfectly in line with the latest culinary trends.
